
Take Our Kids to Work Day – Program/Office
Take Our Kids to Work Day is an annual career exploration event, held every November, where Grade 9 students across Canada spend the day in the life of a working professional.
The Position Requires
- You must be a current Secondary School student (grade 9)
- You must have a family member or friend that works for PLASP to spend the day with
- You are caring, energetic and work well with others
- You are flexible and willing to learn
- You show initiative by helping without being asked
Key Responsibilities
- Take direction from the staff you are shadowing
- Participate in learning opportunities in administrative tasks/leading activities with the children
- Ask questions to learn more about the office/program environment
